Habit

A habit is something you do often and regularly without knowing that you are doing it. Build good habits each day and remember the 21 day rule. What does that mean? It means it takes at least 21 day of doing something over and over again to create a habit.

This is why you should always write things down in a positive way. How you do something is truly is how you do everything. Look forward! The past is the past. Rid yourself of all those bad habits you have created one habit at a time. Turn them positively around and start working on the next. Stay positive and look forward. No, this is not repeating but yes it is. Keep repeating over and over again. Train your brain. Develop good habits and you will start to see your life change. I love the saying "the grass isn't greener on the other side. The grass is greener where it is watered." Water your brain every day. Practice makes perfect. If you slip up then get back up on that "horse" Don't give up! You can't fail if you don't quit! Build those habits and make it happen. You must decide that these are worth striving for. Be willing to let go of negative habits. You can change one habit at a time. Do not overwhelm yourself. You want to begin with one and either correct or create the habit and move to the next one. It truly begins with working on yourself first.
